How does a Retail Gaming pilot project work for your store?

What is a Retail Gaming pilot project?

A Retail Gaming pilot project lets you see measurable foot traffic, real transactions and live data from your own store before you commit for the long term. We're currently working with a small number of selected retail partners on this pilot programme.

What's included in the pilot project?

Your store goes live in our system for the duration of the pilot. Players in your area see it on the in-game map and can visit. You get full access to your dashboard, with live data on store visits, transactions and revenue, from day one.

How long does a pilot project run?

A pilot project runs for six months and covers one store location. Every result is visible in real time in your personal dashboard from day one. After the pilot, you make your next decision based on real data.

What do you measure during the pilot?

You see every relevant metric in real time in your personal dashboard: store visits by players, completed transactions, revenue trends, repeat visits, and how events and campaigns are performing.

Ready to take the first step?

We're currently working closely with a small number of selected retail partners on our pilot programme. If you're interested, now is the right time to talk.

Frequently asked questions

The pilot project – in brief

How long does a Retail Gaming pilot project run?

A pilot project runs for six months and covers one store location. Every result is visible in real time in your personal dashboard from day one.

What does the pilot project cost?

We discuss the specific terms in the introductory call, as they're set individually based on your location and objectives.

What's the return on investment for gamification in retail chains?

The return on investment depends on the number of locations, the specific setup and your individual goals, so it can't yet be quantified across the board while we're in the pilot phase. During the pilot you get a transparent overview of measurable metrics such as foot traffic and revenue, before any long-term decision is made.

Who is the pilot project suitable for?

The pilot project is for physical retailers and brands who want to test measurable foot traffic and access to younger audiences before committing for the long term.

Is there a shorter way to try it than the pilot project?

Yes. Before the six-month pilot, there's a demo version you can trial for two weeks in your own environment with your team. You request a demo directly through the contact form.

Do I have to commit after the pilot project?

No. After the six months you decide, based on the actual numbers from your store, whether and how to continue. There's no automatic follow-on contract.
